Dr. Sanders will be accepting new patients at Turning Point Wellness Center in Waterloo, IL starting in February 2026! Current patients of 3 Pillars Health are welcome to follow her there and become a new patient at the new practice. Care will be a streamlined neuromusculoskeletal approach with shorter appointment times. Also, the office accepts insurance, which might be beneficial for some patients! 


TPWC currently offers pediatric and pregnancy care, Acupuncture, massage therapy, vibration plate therapy, and nutritional testing and counseling.

  • Those patients who prefer to stay in the West County area are encouraged to work with Dr. Hummel at West County Spine & Joint. Her multi-modal approach to care takes the patient's individual needs into account. 
  • She is well-versed in multiple soft tissue and rehab techniques and is an experienced athlete! Click here for more information about Dr. Hummel. She will be stopping by the office from time to time in January and February to meet patients!


  • Patients will be able to access their own records including statements and medical charts through their Patient Portal account until March 27th, 2026. 
  • After this date, patient records will be available for 7 years from a patient's final visit date by texting Dr. Sanders via the office numer: 314.744.9398. 
  • All patients requesting records must properly fill out this form. Information on how to deliver this form to Dr. Sanders will be provided after reaching out via text. 
  • Please allow up to 30 days for records to be produced as they will be archived after March 27, 2026.


  •  The intention of this change is to be a part of some exciting growth at TPWC as they become a multi-disciplinary practice offering multiple different varieties and approaches to care. One day soon, the center hopes to be able to fully support a patient in their physical, emotional, and chemical health!  
  • If you have ever heard Dr. Sanders talk about how this has been her ideal approach to care and how she was always thinking about creating a space like this, then you know exactly why she is making this move! This is pretty close to a dream come true for her!
