This is the standard appointment for any patient who has not been seen previously at 3 Pillars Health.
In this appointment, Dr. Sanders will gather information about a patient's problem area and current state of health. With the patient's goals for care as the focus, Dr. Sanders will also perform a patient-specific physical exam of the full spine, muscular system, involved organ systems, and/or extremities.
This time is for information gathering only, no treatment or recommendations will be given during this appointment.
The cost of the New Patient Exam & Consult includes the follow-up Report of Findings appointment.

These appointments are reserved for special circumstances and must be approved personally by the administration.
In this appointment, a patient seeking urgent same-day or next-day care for one problem area can undergo a thorough but focused history-gathering and examination. If no additional testing is required and chiropractic treatment is medically indicated, acute relief care will be provided during this time.
The cost of the URGENT New Patient Exam, Consult, & Care is greater than the standard New Patient Exam & Consult
Due to the nature of these appointments, they cannot be booked through our online scheduler. Please, email the administration with the current condition, how the injury or pain occurred, severity of pain, quality of pain, and a brief patient history. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee same-day service.
